Carole Ward
Founder & International Director
A third-generation missionary and trained nurse, Carole was called to serve in northern Uganda amidst a brutal rebel war. She founded Favor International in 2004 and has dedicated over 20 years to transforming lives across Africa through the Gospel.

Terry-Lynne Goodman
Africa Country Director
Terry-Lynne oversees Favor International's operations across Uganda and South Sudan, coordinating evangelism efforts, education programs, and community development initiatives in these key regions.

Stephanie Maier
U.S. Executive Director
Stephanie leads Favor International's U.S. operations, managing partnerships, donor relations, and stateside ministry support to ensure the mission continues to reach unreached communities.
